BASIC FUNCTION

The Growth Marketer function typically lives at the intersection of marketing and product development, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. You will be working cross-functionally with engineering, design, product management, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives for the Warena project – a decentralized gaming Metaverse.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Marketing Lead to develop growth strategies across acquisition channels including: 1/ Owned Media: Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Email, Facebook, Reddit 2/ Paid: Ads (Affiliate, Social Media), Sponsorships 3/ Earned Media: SEO, PR, Word of Mouth
• Build-up & manage Warena community in Discord and Telegram
• Create a growth plan and define key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure the growth plan’s progress.
• Support Marketing Lead on building project custom data infrastructure to make sure the right data infrastructure is in place.
• Provide customer insight with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through customer feedback and targeted interviews.
• Manage content calendar and produce weekly e-newsletters to Warena subscribers
• Build relationships and work with crypto influencers and publications (Cointelegraph, Yahoo Finance, Newsbtc, Bitcoinist, etc.) to promote the project and engage them in brand activities
• Analyze the market and develop initiatives to attract potential leads and capture existing demands
• Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
